Né en 1970. Vit à Paris, France

Après des études de communication visuelle, (atelier Met de Penninghen / Ecv) Yann Orhan s’oriente vers la photographie, le graphisme et la réalisation. Travail qu’il exerce essentiellement pour l’industrie du disque en travaillant pour Leonard Cohen, Lang Lang, Julien Doré, Bruce Springsteen, Quincy Jones, Imelda May, Renaud, Michel Polnareff, Damon Albarn, Mathieu Chedid (-M-), Tears For Fears, Miossec, Ayo, Gaëtan Roussel, Sallie Ford, Axel Bauer, Lou Doillon, Johnny Halliday, Arthur H, HF Thiefaine, Jacques Dutronc ...

En parallèle, il développe un travail photographique très personnel. Notamment la série Nos vies invisibles axée essentiellement sur le vide, le manque et l’abandon de soi, séléctionné aux Voix off de Arles.

Il publie en 2010 aux Éditions FPCF un livre photographique, memories, miroir noir.

After studying visual art & communication ((atelier Met de Penninghen / Ecv) Yann Orhan turns towards photography and graphic design. He works in the music industry and creates many pictures for Leonard Cohen, Lang Lang, Julien Doré, Bruce Springsteen, Quincy Jones, Imelda May, Renaud, Michel Polnareff, Damon Albarn, Mathieu Chedid (-M-), Tears For Fears, Miossec, Ayo, Gaëtan Roussel, Sallie Ford, Axel Bauer, Lou Doillon, Johnny Halliday, Arthur H, HF Thiefaine, Jacques Dutronc ...

Meanwhile, he develops his own personal photographic talent through his "Nos vies invisibles" series. Those pictures mainly based on the sense of emptiness, manque and self abandonment, have been selected by the Voix Off festival of Arles.  

His first picture book, "Memories: Miroir Noir", is published by Éditions FPCF in 2010.
